Classic Avocado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky, based on your preference.
- Add the diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, and lime juice.
